Is Planning Permission or Building Regs required?

Planning permission is not generally needed with any pallet racking Installation.

In some cases, Building Regs may be required as in the case of a pallet rack supported floor or a pallet rack multi tier racking system. These systems support walkways and use staircases and as such these need to comply with Building Regs and need approval.
